Deep Bayes School

Our group organizes a summer school on a marriage of deep learning with bayesian methods (deepbayes.ru). The school is designed to jump start one’s research as we believe knowledge of Baeysian framework is an essential skill for anyone trying to navigate in the world of modern research. First, students are introduced to basics of Bayesian Methods, Deep Learning, and Stochastic Optimization. Then we proceed to particular examples of successful interplay of the bayesian approach and neural networks. Lectures are accompanied by practicals to reinforce learning.
