Seminar LAMBDA: Organic semiconductors: physics-driven navigation in the sea of data towards future electronics

Аннотация: 

Organic electronics demands crystalline materials with efficient charge transport for the use in field-effect transistors.
However, with a vast diversity of organic molecular crystals present in structural databases, comes a challenge of identifying those with charge-carrier mobility not suppressed by strong electron-phonon interaction. In my talk, I will cover the basics of the underlying physics and discuss approaches to computational screening of high-mobility organic semiconductors, in particular those based on physics-inspired feature engineering.
