Seminar 14 of the group

Meeting of the group in conjunction with an invited specialist from Barcelona Jaume Baixeries. Discussion of further variants of sequence analysis using data analysis methods was carried out.

On May 25, 2017, the group met together with the invited specialist from Barcelona Jaume Baixeries. At the meeting the main results of the group's work were discussed.

Jaume Baixeries suggested options for further sequence analysis using data analysis methods:
- functional dependencies (see paper)
- pattern structures (based on the author's paper)
- development of trajectories (based on the author's paper in Nature)
