The School of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence was created in 2014 as part of the Department of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence. The school consists of world-renowned researchers who actively participate in international research projects.

On Monday 28th September Bernhard Ganter, Professor of Science at the renowned university TU-Dresden in Germany, co-founder and co-director of the Museum of Mathematics, Erlebnisland-Mathematik, will give a public lecture at HSE on Mathematics as an Adventure.
On September 7-11 the European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases was held in Porto, Portugal.
In September a series of lectures by Bernhard Ganter, Professor at the Dresden University of Technology will take place at HSE.
On August 21 Artem Revenko defended his thesis on ‘Automatic Construction of Implicative Theories for Mathematical Domains’ at the Faculty of Computer Science at Dresden University of Technology.
On March 24 -27 2013, the 35th European Conference on Information Retrieval (ECIR) took place in Russia. Yandex and the HSE School of Applied Mathematics and Information Science organized the conference, which was held in Russia for the first time. More than 300 researchers, mainly from Western European research centres and universities, took part .
