Recommendation service for automating the analytical processes of scientific and technical activities

Project goal
is to overcome the existing limitations in information support of subjects of scientific and technical activity through the creation of the first fully domestic solution for the provision of scientific analytics services based on intelligent technologies of collection and processing of full-text scientific and technical data in Russian and English languages.
The project will allow selecting and implementing artificial intelligence technologies for the following processes of scientific and technical activities:
Search for relevant documents (articles, patents, reports, etc.) in Russian and English languages according to the user's area of interest.
The user's area of interest is specified through search queries.
Calculation of quantitative indicators based on the linguistic data contained therein and construction of sets of standardised visual-analytical materials.
Identification and analysis of S&T and related semantic concepts, quantitative expert statements about their parameters and numerical statistical metrics of their characteristic vocabulary.
Explorative search and evaluation of trends, technologies, products, markets according to the user's area of interest defined through search queries.
Discovery and evaluation of competence centres (leading organisations and specialists) in the user's area of interest specified through search queries.
Assessment of the level of representation of S&T trends in documents characterising the different stages of emergence and development of technologies and markets, and comparison of the Russian and global agendas.
