XXV International Conference Data Analytics and Management in Data Intensive Domains (DAMDID/RCDL 2023)
October 24-27, the Laboratory for Models and Methods of Computational Pragmatics, together with the Department of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence, Federal Research Center Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Moscow Section of ACM SIGMOD, held the XXV conference “Data Analytics and Management in Data Intensive Domains” (DAMDID/RCDL 2023).
Data Analytics and Management in Data Intensive Domains ((DAMDID/RCDL 2023) - is one of the oldest annual Russian conferences on data analysis and management in various subject areas. More than 120 people from Russia and foreign countries: Armenia, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, China and the United Arab Emirates attended the conference.
As part of the first day of the DAMDID 2023 conference, a specialized seminar on “Data and Computation for Materials Science and Innovation” (International Workshop on Data and Computation for Materials Science and Innovation, DACOMSIN) was held. The workshop brought together professionals who use information technology to advance data management, analysis and modeling in materials science and promoted productive communication among all professional communities that use data and computing in materials science.
The main conference program consisted of three plenary sessions and 15 thematic sessions dedicated to machine learning methods and applications; extracting information from texts; data analysis and management in astronomy, geosciences, medicine and cognitive sciences; conceptual models, ontologies and the Semantic Web; research infrastructures; image analysis; social network analysis.
Employees of the Department of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and the Laboratory for Models and Methods of Computational Pragmatics presented their regular and invited reports during thematic sessions.
