The staff member of the laboratory participated in the workshop “Aperiodicity and Hierarchical Structures in Tilings”
Guilhem Gamard, research fellow of the international laboratory of theoretical computer science, took part in the workshop in Lyon, France.
The workshop “Aperiodicity and Hierarchical Structures in Tilings” was held in École normale supérieure at the end of September. The workshop was organized by the center of excellence Milyon Labex, which is aimed at holding conferences on mathematical and computer topics. This workshop was held in the framework of the thematic semester "Graphs, groups and Dynamics".
At the workshop 17 international scientists presented their research papers. Among them was Guilhem Gamard, who read paper “Quasiperiodicity as a local rule”.
