The Restaurant Management System, internally branded as BKLAM, is a web-based platform for food service businesses. It automates operational and analytical processes. The system targets small and medium-sized restaurants, cafes, bars, anti-cafes and hybrid venues. These venues need one workspace for menu management, recipes, inventory, orders, bookings, tariffs, customer interaction, analytics and forecasting.
The project addresses the fragmentation of restaurant management workflows. In a typical establishment, data about ingredients, recipes, orders, reservations, guests and analytical indicators is often processed in separate tools or manually. This creates repeated data entry, inconsistent operational information, delayed managerial decisions and a higher risk of human error. BKLAM was designed to reduce these problems by connecting key operational actions inside one domain model.
The implemented system uses a Java Spring Boot backend and a React TypeScript frontend. It also uses PostgreSQL with Flyway migrations. Forecasting is implemented through a Python FastAPI service. Telegram payment support is implemented as a supporting service. The backend exposes REST APIs for platform administration, restaurant operations, menu, inventory, orders, bookings, tariffs, analytics, QR ordering, Telegram ordering and loyalty-related operations. The frontend provides protected pages for platform administrators and restaurant staff. The forecasting service builds revenue, booking-count and average-check predictions from operational data.
The result is a broad full-stack implementation of a SaaS-oriented restaurant management platform. The strongest technical contributions are the order-to-inventory workflow and multi-tenant architecture. Other key results include role-based access control, a forecasting microservice, public QR ordering, Telegram integration, auditability mechanisms and local performance evaluation. The system is not a finished commercial ERP replacement. It shows how a modular restaurant management system can combine operational automation, analytics and security-aware architecture within the current coursework scope.
