Seminar: "Introduction to computational mass spectrometry"

Introduction seminars were held by Attila Kertesz-Farkas.

On June 25 and 29, Attila Kertesz-Farkas, the head of Laboratory on AI for Computational Biology, held a series of online seminars on the topic "Introduction to computational mass spectrometry".

The general issues of the application of tandem mass spectrometry, spectrometers and data interpretation were outlined, as well as detailed information about computational methods and protocols for analyzing and verifying annotations of tandem mass spectrometry data.
