Learning structural properties of 3’-ends of LINEs and SINEs across the tree of life with deep learning models

The research included DNA secondary structures properties analysis in LINE and SINE transposons. The analysis was facilitated using deep learning approach We built several neural-networks based ML models and performed classification of secondary structures between transposon families. Results clearly indicate that L1 and ALU share 3' UTR secondary structures with similar physical and structural properties.
