CARDIOLOGY ON THE MARCH 2023
Annual All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference and 63rd session of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “NMITSK im. ak. E.I. Chazov" of the Ministry of Health of Russia which was held at the Chazov Center on June 6-8, 2023
June 6-8, 2023 at the Federal State Budgetary Institution “NMITSK im. ak. E.I. Chazov" of the Ministry of Health of Russia, the annual All-Russian scientific and practical conference and the 63rd session of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "NMITSK named after. ak. E.I. Chazov" of the Russian Ministry of Health.
The Conference presented fundamental aspects of cardiology, the latest scientific achievements and clinical approaches in the field of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular and comorbid diseases, including during the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. Leading scientists, clinicians and healthcare organizers from Russia and foreign countries took part in the Conference. Employees of the International Laboratory of Bioinformatics A.V. Kirdeev trainee researcher, K.M. Burkin research intern and M.S. Poptsova, head of the laboratory, took part in the Conference.
At the session “New approaches to providing care for acute coronary syndrome”, chaired by F.N. Paleev (Moscow), O.V. Milko (Moscow) joined Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor A.S. Vorobyov with the report “Machine learning technologies in predicting cardiovascular mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction.” The report was based on the research of a scientific group, which included A.S. Vorobyov (Surgut), A.V. Kirdeev (Moscow), L.V. Kovalenko (Surgut), K.Yu. Nikolaev (Novosibirsk), I.A. Urvantseva (Surgut), K.M. Burkin (Moscow), I.D. Astrakhantseva (Surgut), M.S. Poptsova (Moscow).
The conference was held with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Department of Health, the National Medical Society of Preventive Cardiology, the Russian Society of Cardiology, and the Russian Scientific Medical Society of Therapists.
