Basic and Applied Research; Consulting Projects
The Faculty of Computer Science conducts applied and basic research and does consulting projects for private companies. Faculty members have broad expertise in data analysis, machine learning, bioinformatics, computational linguistics, software engineering, process analysis, and modeling of complex systems. The results of research conducted at the Faculty are published in leading international journals and presented at major conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, UAI, CCS, AAMAS, SISGRAPH, ACL, IJCAR, JCDL, VLDB.

Project and Training Groups
What it is: a team of academic staff, undergraduate and postgraduate students, formed to work on applied projects for companies.
Participants: at least three undergraduate and graduate students of the faculty under the guidance of a teacher
