About the School
The school was created in 2014 alongside the Faculty of Computer Science out of the Joint Department with Yandex, which is now part of the FCS. The school is centred around research groups conducting world-class research in machine learning, theoretical computer science, distributed computing, scalable algorithms for big data processing, computer vision, text processing, information retrieval, and graphical models.
