ABZ2022 International Conference: Structure, Function and Genetics of Z-DNA and Z-RNA
On May 25, 2022, an online conference ABZ2022 was held at the Faculty of Computer Science.
More than 250 scientists from 24 countries attended the conference, including geneticists, molecular biologists, chemists, biochemists, immunologists, specialists in structural and cellular biology, as well as specialists in the field of machine learning. Co-organizers: International Laboratory of Bioinformatics, Faculty of Computer Science, Molecules (MDPI Open Access Journal), RNA Society, International Journal of Molecular Sciences, and InsideOutBio.
The conference focused on high-energy left-twisted conformational variants of B-DNA and A-RNA, which perform molecular biological functions whose disruption leads to disease.
Laboratory staff Alan Herbert and Maria Poptsova made presentations.
