Attila Kertesz-Farkas had a talk on FCS's Colloquium meeting

 AIC LAB Head had a talk at traditional colloquium.

Head of AIC Lab Attila Kertesz-Farkas presented the report on the topic "Statistics in Tandem Mass Spectrometry Data Analysis" in frame of traditionall FCS's Colloquium meeting. 

Abstract: In this colloquium talk I gave a basic but a conscience introduction to the statistics used in database searching-based tandem mass spectrometry data annotation. Then, we discussed some machine learning based methods, what they could see in the mass spectrometry data and their pitfalls.
