First Year PhD Student of the Department to Do an Internship in Austria

Dmitry Kondrashkin, a first-year PhD student of our Department, will do an internship from June 1 till August 31, 2015 at the Institute of Science and Technology, Austria.
Dmitry will work in the group of Dr. Lampert (http://pub.ist.ac.at/~chl/). He will do his research in the field of machine learning.
The research is about the "open world" problem, a classification task with unbounded number of classes, which grows along with the training set growth.
