The master class "Information as an object of criminal law protection" was successfully held

On April 27, a full-time master class from practicing lawyer Nikita Merkulov "Information as an object of criminal law protection" was successfully held.

This master class was attended by both students and staff of various faculties of our university, moreover, applicants were also interested in the topic. Personal data is a very fragile tool, as recent events have shown. 

Nikita shared valuable theoretical information and interesting real cases. We discussed the basic principles of legal protection of information, especially computer, to study the classification of types of information, as well as to talk about legal liability in connection with encroachment on legally protected information.

Throughout the speech, there was an active interaction with the audience and an interesting discussion was held, the participants asked a lot of questions and shared their thoughts.
