On October 7, a master class by Kirill Obedin took place within the framework of which the participants of the webinar were able to get useful information on how to preserve the rights to an idea in unfavorable conditions.
Kirill told the story of the development of intellectual property protection. During the master class, cases of famous artists and artists were considered. We discussed how Banksy lost his rights to his own works and how he tried to get out of the "trap". The listeners were able to learn how to protect the idea and after how many years the ownership right loses its force. Kirill also shared his cases of defending ideas and projects in the courts.
This was the first webinar from a series of meetings dedicated to intellectual property. The next master class will be held on October 21 at 19:00 (online). At this master class we will talk about game development and protect such a layer of intellectual property
