Mini-course "Ethics of Machine Learning"

On April 27 and 28, join the course "Ethics in Machine Learning" by Issam Ibnouhsein.

Abstract: Data science and artificial intelligence entail the promise to revolutionize various sectors. The goal of this course is to clarify what is the relationship between data and AI, and how we use the former to train the latter to complete new tasks in computer science. We will then discuss AI ethics through the main concepts of explainability, fairness and auditability, and show why an ethical approach to AI is necessary if organizations, including civil societies as a whole, are to deliver long-lasting value through these tools.
