Faculty Students Awarded at ICPC Semi-Finals

On April 3-4, 2021 the Northern Eurasia Finals 2020-21 Offline took place in St. Petersburg. This was the semi-final of the ICPC International Collegiate  Programming Contest. Fifty teams who won local competitions and the online Northern Eurasia Finals participated in the event.

Three teams of the students of the Applied Mathematics and Information Science bachelor's programme were awarded diplomas:

Smetana fans: 3rd-year students Mikhail Anoprenko, Alexey Ilyukhov and Ekaterina Sterzhanova received a third-degree diploma.

Sleeveless shorts: Filipp Gribov (3rd year), Fedor Kuyanov (1st year) and Semyon Savkin (1st year) received the first-degree diploma and a silver medal (8th place);

3rd-year students Maksim Gorokhovsky, Ramazan Rakhmatullin and Ivan Safonov received the first-degree diploma and gold medal (2nd place).
