First-year Students of HSE Faculty of Computer Science Create Simulation of COVID-19 Spread
HSE students decided to find out how exactly different quarantine measures affect the spread of coronavirus. In the simulation, you can see how self-isolation and hygiene procedures followed by city residents affect the COVID-19 infection rate. While studying, she worked for three years in Bayesian Methods Research Group. Last year Polina began PhD programme at the School of Operations Research and Information Engineering, Cornell University (USA).
